Fermented at low temperature to maintain all the flavours.
Noted for its roundness, freshness and long-tasting flavour.
Drink chilled ( 10°C), serve with fish and seafood.

 

RED CUVEE PRESTIGE
Produced from a carefully selected mix of Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A subtle wine party matured in new barrels.
Woody, spicy, vanilla flavour with a strong bold tannic base.
Air before drinking ( 18°C).

WHITE CUVEE PRESTIGE
Carefully selected mix of Rolle and white Grenache grapes. Fermented and matured in new barrels. Well-balanced wine with a fine genet and acacia taste.
Drink chilled ( 12°C).

 

ROSES
- White & Black Grenache : roundness and flavour
- Syrah & Rolle : fruity
- Carignan : freshness
Produced by maceration and draining at low temperature to keep freshness and flavour. Noted for its clear ruby colour and its flavour. Flavours of raspberries and redcurrants.
Drink chilled ( 10°C). The perfect accompaniment to Provencal dishes.

TRADITIONAL METHOD

Blancs de Blancs produced using the traditional method ;
Very balanced and fruity
