This new cuvée completes the Cuvées Prestige range, white and red, which have already been much appreciated by our customers for many years. This new cuvée is produced by a long maceration and is reminiscent of our rosé wine. The long maceration gives it an intense ruby colour and the delicious flavour of red berries.

Red Cuvée PROMENADE DE NOSTRADAMUS :
This red cuvée has a taste of it’s soil and the specificity of our expertise. It’s label recalls the history of the Salon de Provence area “ Petit Sonnailler Promenade de Nostradamus”. It is produced by the long maceration of grapes just about overripe, after the alcoholic fermentation. This process gives our new cuvée an intense red colour and the delicious flavour of blackberries and blackcurrants. |

The Concept of ' Mediterranean nutrition in Provence'
At the Château Petit Sonnailler, the land is farmed in the traditional manner. We are a member of the concept of Mediterranean nutrition in Provence' based on the principle of ensuring the best protection to users, consumers and the environment whilst ensuring the highest standards for food and drink products, both in terms of taste as well as nutritional value - values which we have always held throughout the production of wine at Château petit Sonnailler.
In order to achieve this, 3 aspects are taken into account :
The rules and regulations of the Mediterranean nutrition in Provence' label are carefully followed by all member farmers. The label is controlled by an independent association.
